Ingredients
- 200g of fresh strawberries, hulled
- 100g fresh raspberries
- 500ml of whole milk, chilled
- 2 tablespoons malted milk powder (such as Horlicks or Ovaltine)
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar (optional)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- A few crushed biscuits
Method

Wash the strawberries and raspberries thoroughly.

Reserve a few strawberries for garnish.

In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, chilled milk, malted milk powder, caster sugar, and ice cream.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Divide the milkshake evenly between two tall glasses.

Add whipped cream, and garnish with crushed biscuits and strawberries.
Tip:
Chill the Glasses: For an extra-cool milkshake, chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before pouring.
