Ingredients
- 1 Large handful of spinach
- 1 Large handful of kale
- 1 tbsp Wheatgrass powder
- 1 tbsp Milled flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 350ml Coconut water (or water)
- 1 Large handful of raspberries
- 1 Apple, core removed and roughly chopped
Method

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add a little more water if necessary.

Transfer to a chilled flask and drink throughout the day to keep hunger at bay and blood sugars balanced.
