Eoin Sheehan’s Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 100g flour
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- Salt & Pepper
- 200ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100g hot sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Method

Prep the cauliflower into smaller neat florets.

Add the seasonings to the flour and whisk in the buttermilk to the dry ingredients to make a batter.

Coat the cauliflower in the batter and place it on a lined baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes until golden and roasted.

For the hot sauce: heat the butter in a pot and add the hot sauce and honey. Allow simmering gently for 5 min until a shiny hot sauce glaze is formed.

Place the roasted cauliflower into a bowl and toss with the hot sauce glaze.
